Beach Tennis Group Lesson

Train, rally, and play in a fun, social setting. Perfect for learning the basics of beach tennis, building skills and meeting other players. Class size 3–6 people.

Current class times Monday 4-5pm, Friday 7:30-8:30am at South Curl Curl Beach, others added by request.

Beach Fit & Hit Event

Start your weekend with a sweat on the sand! We start at 8:30am with Mobility to get you moving before progressing into a Strength & Conditioning fitness session. Learn the fundamentals of beach tennis or refine your skills in the lesson before channeling your competitive energy into an Americano-style tournament. Events run once a month on the last Saturday except for Public Holidays, 3-hour event 8:30-11:30am, all equipment provided, all-levels welcome.

Fitness Group Session

A dynamic group workout combining strength, conditioning, mobility, and athletic drills.

Designed for all fitness levels, a motivating environment where you can train alongside others and push your own limits in this Beach Bootcamp.

Choose your training style

We offer a range of athletic training, choose from Fitness, Beach Tennis or a combination of both.

Pay Flexibility

Getting started is simple, you can choose to purchase a 1-off session or opt-in for Direct Debit on a weekly basis.

Book your preferred time

Ivana will contact you personally to book into your preferred class time. We aim to respond quickly; usually within one business day. Currently group lessons are available on Monday, Tuesday and Friday with the Monthly event on the last Saturday of the month (except for Public Holidays).

How beach tennis works

  1. Played on sand with paddles — no strings, so no spin, just power and placement.
  2. The ball can never bounce. Every shot is hit straight out of the air, over the net.
  3. Court is split by a center net; each side defends its own half, singles or doubles.
  4. A rally ends when the ball touches the sand, goes out, or is hit into the net — that's the point.
  5. Fast reflexes and good court positioning matter more than raw power.
